Modders use either the program 3D Max or Blender to create 3D models to import into Fallout. If your still reading thats good, I imagine some of you are frustrated that there is something you would love to see in Fallout but hate that you have to rely on someone else to make it, So lets begin I decided I want more modders out there, and to hopefully become one myself, so I've decided to create this topic in order to (Hopefully) get others started on the same path.
